We had an amazing experience at The St. Regis Bal Harbour and would absolutely stay here again. From the moment we arrived, the level of service stood out. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable. They paid attention to the little details, which made a big difference. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotless, and had breathtaking ocean views. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything in perfect condition throughout our stay. The pool and beach service were outstanding, with staff always available to help without ever feeling intrusive. The location is also fantastic, directly across from the Bal Harbour Shops, making it easy to enjoy great shopping and dining. The entire property feels peaceful, elegant, and exceptionally well maintained. Thank you to everyone at The St. Regis Bal Harbour for making our trip so memorable. It's rare to find a hotel that delivers on every aspect of a luxury experience, but this one truly does. We can't wait to return.

We recently stayed at St Regis Bal Harbour resort for 9 days and it was an incredible and unforgettable experience. We brought our 4 month old baby along and he was turning 4 months during our stay, the hotel staff all knew him by name at the end of the stay, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and make his four month bday a special day. Maria from guest relations even coordinated balloons for him as well as personalized cupcakes made by the house chef to celebrate his birthday. We are so so thankful for this incredible experience. Additionally the breakfast staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, Allison and Daniel were so welcoming and helpful and many of the breakfast staff members even learned our coffee orders by the end. Finally the beach staff was amazing too, they gave us an extra beach chair for the baby as well since he liked to take naps on the beach and even remembered to bring us a bucket of ice for his milk every day. We have never had such an amazing and attentive hotel stay anywhere before and we are excited to go back soon, it has become our go to spot for Miami vacations Wanted to add that we came back now with our now 9 month old baby and had
